Scott Reas is one of North America’s most accomplished Retail Subject Matter Experts who also had a long and successful career as a Multi-Line auto dealer. He has extensive international experience in profit enhancement and employee and customer experience improvement.

Scott’s Mergers and Acquisition career started in 1993 and through the years has really honed his skills. He has recently brokered the successful purchase of over 40 large dealerships with major consolidators and brokered the sale of dozens of major dealerships and group-platforms throughout the US, Asia and Europe.

Scott is a 1977 Graduate of Michigan State University’s Broad School of Business.
His 37 years of management experience with a particular emphasis in dealership operations give him the knowledge and expertise that benefit both buyers and sellers.
