Charles Saleh is currently the Principal of Saleh & Company, a boutique corporate finance firm specializing in business valuations, M&A advisory, and investment banking services across North America. Charles has been a key advisor in numerous strategic transactions and portfolio investments across various industries, including managed services, SaaS, mobile gaming applications, automotive, medical and transportation and logistics. With over 12 years of corporate finance experience, Charles
brings a wealth of knowledge in consulting with clients as they navigate the M&A landscape, whether it be on the buy-side or sell-side.

Charles began his career in finance by taking on audit and assurance services with Grant Thornton in Toronto. Moving away from traditional accounting, Charles began developing a career in the Mergers and Acquisitions space by leading Corporate Development teams across international logistics and transportation organizations. In early 2018, Charles joined Canada’s leading automotive M&A firm, as an investment banking leader, mandated to develop the business valuations process and lead transactional advisory services for our clients. During the 2+ years Charles was with this team, he completed over 200 valuations, and was a key advisor in transactions worth over $1bn in transaction enterprise values. In early 2020, Charles founded Saleh & Company, as a specialized organization,

Charles is currently a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and has completed a Series 7 License from FINRA. In addition to these credentials, Charles also holds the following designations:

  • Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF)
  • Certified in Entity & Intangible Valuations (CEIV)
